Five Stunning SoCal AirBnBs We're Drooling Over

Life is busy and work can be exhausting. But sometimes all we have time for is a one day break. Luckily for Orange County locals like ourselves here at HOD, we can experience an entirely different scene within a hundred-mile radius of our Costa Mesa office. And there is nothing that makes us bat our eyelashes more than staying in a well designed space. We’ve compiled five SoCal AirBnBs to rest up and rejuvenate at whether that be a one day or one week stay.

1 / La Jolla Surf Shack

Escape to the heart of San Diego and stay in this laid back shabby chic surf shack—suntan all day and continue the fun at happy hour. If you’re up for more adventure try kayaking or whale watching.

2 / Joshua Tree Desert Escape

Head to the desert for a less traditional getaway in Joshua Tree. Curated details and exposed wood beams against contrasting cabinetry are a common theme in this aesthetically noteworthy AirBnB.

3 / Palm Springs POOLHOUSE

This monochromatic estate is an anomaly in a town filled with bright hues and Pantone palette patterns. Hop in the pool or just enjoy the unique additions like swinging in hanging hammocks outdoors.

4 / Venice BEACH BUNGALOW

This quaint space is just a few blocks from both Abbott Kinney and the boardwalk. The perfect nook for a day spent walking, shopping, and eating at the trendy town’s insta-worthy restaurants, boutiques, and famous skatepark.

5 / Malibu CLIFFSIDE RETREAT

This multimillion-dollar cliffside home is full of beautiful views inside and out. Just steps from the beach, spend the day surfing, paddle-boarding, or watching dolphins from the comfort of the living room chaise.
